Dr. Chris Stephens is a friend of mine who has influenced me in many ways. One of the main arenas he has done so is in leadership. Through his leadership and at Faith Promise Church in the Knoxville, Tn area (God's Country), the ministry has grown exponentially and God is doing some huge and incredible things. I like to see churches growing and blowing! We all want to be in one. Our Pastor in Cypress, Dave Gibson, basically says that ministry is striving and depending-striving to work and do our best before God while utterly depending on Him to move and show up.
